Software development outsourcing done right

Outsource all or part of your development with fixed pricing, NDA-backed confidentiality, 100% client-owned code and a team that scales with your project — no IT department to build.

In short

What software development outsourcing is

Software development outsourcing means handing the build of your product — fully or in parts — to an external company instead of building and maintaining an in-house engineering department. It solves the problem of needing development capacity without carrying the fixed cost of recruiting, hiring and retaining an internal team: you decide what you need, approve every delivery, and the provider owns the technical execution.

Deepyze outsources full projects and also specific pieces within systems that already exist, with an NDA, fixed pricing and regular progress reports so you never lose visibility into what you're paying for.

Why Deepyze

Why outsource with Deepyze

Everything you want from outsourcing, without giving up visibility or control.

  1. 01

No cost of building an IT department

No recruiting, payroll overhead, office space or tooling licenses. You pay for the software delivered, not for maintaining a structure.

  2. 02

Scale up or down with no severance

Add capacity when the project needs it, reduce it when it doesn't — without the cost or timeline of an internal hire or layoff.

  3. 03

    Confidentiality guaranteed

NDA on every project that requires one, with access to your systems limited to exactly what development needs.

  4. 04

    Fixed pricing, no ambiguity

Scope, timeline and cost locked in the proposal before you start. No open-ended hourly billing that grows out of control.

  5. 05

You own the code and documentation

Delivered at the end of every stage, with infrastructure access. No dependency on the provider to keep operating.

  6. 06

Direct communication in English and Spanish

Regular status reports and direct contact with the people building your system — not a sales layer in between.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does software development outsourcing mean?

It means handing off the build of your software — a part of it, or the whole thing — to an external company instead of building and maintaining an in-house engineering department. You define what you need and approve every delivery; the provider owns the technical execution: code, architecture, testing and deployment.

Is this the same as hiring hourly freelancers?

No. An individual freelancer is only accountable for their own piece, and you coordinate the rest. Outsourcing with Deepyze gives you a full team with a single owner accountable for the final result, a fixed price locked in the proposal (not open-ended hourly billing), and continuity if any one person becomes unavailable.

How is my project's confidentiality protected?

We sign an NDA before any sensitive project detail is shared. Access to your systems, credentials and data is limited to exactly what's needed for development, and you can revoke it at any time.

Can I outsource just part of the development and keep the rest in-house?

Yes. It's a common model: you outsource the mobile app or a specific module while your in-house team handles the rest, or you ask us to embed within a system that already exists. We define the technical and communication boundaries with your team together, before starting.

What happens to the code and documentation when the contract ends?

It's 100% yours. We deliver documented source code with full infrastructure access and no monthly licenses tied to Deepyze. You can keep maintaining it with another provider or your own team with no friction.

How does outsourcing compare in cost to building an in-house team?

Building an in-house engineering department means recruiting, payroll overhead, tooling and the risk of a key person leaving mid-critical-project. With outsourcing you pay a fixed price for the result, without those fixed costs, and you can scale the team up or down per project with no severance involved.

Do you sign NDAs, and do you work with companies of any size?

Yes. We sign an NDA on any project that requires one, and we work both with SMBs outsourcing a specific system and with larger companies adding development capacity to an existing IT department.
